Our line is unique due to its capacity. We can make 15 thousand lavashes of 200 gram weight per day, that is, 3 tons of ready products. The line is fully automated. To operate, it needs minimum employees – two persons, dough-making specialist and ready product inspector. It is very important, both from perspective of resource-saving and manufacturing hygiene.
The line is universal, it allows to make different types of flat bread: Uzbek cake, tortilla, Armenian lavash, Georgian lavash, pizza base and beyond. Our equipment is distinguished among other lines by its compact size, it is easy to maintain, it looks esthetically attractive and is almost noiseless. It is really unique.
